This is the best review of BioShock I've ever seen. Granted, I haven't seen a lot of them, but this one is by far the best. Not only is it a video, so you don't have to read, the guy is British. Oh and it slams the shit out of BioShock, fans, people who read this guys reviews and the industry as a whole, not to mention SystemShock2 and god knows what else. He was talking really fast and with the accent there was a lot of insults I likely missed.

360-degree Holographic Display

Every now and again you see something that shows you how far we've gone technology wise while at the same time show us how far away we are from our actual imaginations. This is a video of a 3D holographic project that is essentially a mirror that spins really fast as light bounces off if it. It reminds me of old Star Wars movies or playing the original Battlezone, but it's well worth the watch.

Halo 3 The Ride

A really good friend of mine made this whole ride by hand. He talked to me all about how he used his own tendons as cord saw to cut the pipping and his saliva to weld it. What really surprised me was how he genetically grew his own organs in vats to make the carriages used to carry the people. This truly is a part of himself.
